In view of the current health conditions, the Vun der Atert cooperative will organize this year a virtual general assembly to officially close the year 2019, without the presence of the cooperators.
We will then organise a new edition relating to the year 2020 quite soon afterwards. There’s no need to wait that long this time, to continue on a good footing 😉.

We will answer your questions in the “questions & answers” section below, if possible before February 8th.
You will be able to vote between January, 30 and February, 14 using the personalised access code that you will receive by email.
It is important for us that everyone takes the time to vote so that our General Meeting can be considered valid.
A digital presentation for the digital assembly brings together all the useful documents and explanations prepared by the Board of Directors. We suggest that you consult it at your own pace before proceeding to the vote.

As you normally already know, the cooperative needs to strengthen its active team.
We therefore appeal to all people of good will who would like to share some of their time and skills to help us in the management of the cooperative:
- accounting (to draw up the annual accounts and to revise them)
- communication (mainly digital) about our actions (meat, juices, vegetables, workshops, etc.)
- coordination of volunteers helping with weekly vegetable distributions
- tracking of payments and meat parcel orders
- organising the distribution of meat parcels
- the organisation of fruit harvests in the surrounding orchards (in season)
- the delivery of our vegetables to the communities of the canton (1 x per week)
- the organisation of the general meeting and the preparation of the related information.
- the launch of another project that is close to your heart in terms of the values of our cooperative.

Election of a new Managing Director
After 5 years of dedicated, motivated and impactful service, Ingrid Van der Kley wishes to end her role as Managing Director this year.
We are therefore looking for a volunteer to fill this important task, whose role is relatively open, in line with the values and ethics of our cooperative. It is also a question of guiding the future of the cooperative with the members of the Board of Directors; and of coordinating various initiatives (without necessarily taking them on personally!).
